What is Grease Patrol?

Grease Patrol is, as the name indicates, a cleaning business focusing entirely on cleaning grease polluted environments like restaurant kitchens, mechanical workshops and factories etc.

You will be the owner of a patented cleaning fluid that is not marketed in Thailand yet.

Currently no cleaning service in Thailand specializes in providing specific grease and oil cleaning.  This provides a unique opportunity to enter this niche, yet profitable, market in Thailand.  Reducing the risk of accidents, and more importantly fires, as well as having a cleaner more presentable work place are the initial benefits for our customers.  Coupled with insurance company endorsement the service will result in a financial win as well. 

No experience needed! You and your staff will be fully trained, by our experts from America; two man teams will service one to two customers per night.  The teams will be in liveried vehicles and outfits, with professional equipment to provide the service.  Certificates of work done and an ongoing log are provided to the customers for presentation to Health & Safety inspectors and Insurance agents.  Each customer will be legally contracted to a monthly service for a minimum of one year.

If you’re a foreigner you don’t need to work yourself; you simply employ a minimum of 2 Thais working for you!

What is the income?

Within 3 to 12 months we will develop 5 teams that will service a minimum of 20 sites per month each.  This will generate approximately 500,000 to 700,000Baht in monthly revenue, with a gross profit margin (after operating costs) of 60%. Or in other words you will receive 75% of a monthly net profit between 300,000 and 420,000 Thai Baht. This is a monthly net profit for you between 225,000 and  315,000 Thai Baht!

What about the future?

Within 2 years we will:

1. Divide Bangkok into equitable areas and assign the existing teams to these areas exclusively, under wholly owned franchised companies. 
2. Create the infrastructure and operation and sell these Franchises.
3. Develop additional areas for franchising Nationwide.

The price for your 75% share of this up-and-coming business is 2,500,000 Thai Baht.

The investment includes the following:

1. All cleaning equipment including steam cleaners

2. Protective clothing

3. Overseas trainer/teacher
