Each
franchisee will be provided with new plant and equipment consists of all
necessary equipment, such as a meat slicer, display cabinets, a vacuum
packaging machine, signage, scales, benches, cutting boards, knives and
refrigeration along with stock.
Full training will be provided,
focussing mainly on hygiene procedures, portion controlling and trimming
and product presentation. This is a wholesale and retail opportunity
with good returns for the branch owners.
The company offers only
western style meat products only! These include all the common
western steak cuts plus the full range of small goods including
sausages, bacon and ham etc. The company offers both local and imported
product which is produced to western standard.
No
experience is required as we will train and all the products are
pre-packed. The only thing is the franchisees will need to learn how to
sharpen knives and cut the steaks as they come in vacuum packed primals
e.g.: whole tenderloin, strip loin etc We would prefer friendly people
with some sort of customer liaison skill the candidates should be people
friendly and be good at building relationships with customers.
The profit margins vary from 30% to 100%+
One franchisee should be able to do at least 250-500kg per week at the
start. If they achieve this they can expect to earn anywhere from
150,000 to 250,000 THB+ per month. This includes wholesale and retail
volumes e.g.; Bars, Hotels, Supermarkets, Walk-ins etc.
